Bodyweight Blaster

This one is simple, but you're sure to be dripping afterwards. Bodyweight workouts are great for when you're traveling, crunched for time or just want to get torched! Live your fit life and try this one on for size:

  1. 5 Pullups 
  2. 30 Mountain climbers 
  3. 10 pushups 
  4. 5 Burpees 

30 second rest in-between sets and choose one below:

Walker: 1-3 rounds

Sprinter4-6 rounds

Marathoner: 7-9 rounds

Fit Freak: 10 Rounds or until failure

Pro-tip: If you don't have a pullup bar, add 5 reps to everything else
